CD Projekt Red is very close to release the next-gen update for The Witcher 3, and December 14 is now the final date for it. While it will be released as a standalone purchase, owners of the game on PC and last-gen consoles will receive it for free.
Improvements in this update are really a long list, as the update makes almost everything better. CD Projekt Red also released a new episode of REDstreams, introducing the next-gen update with some of the staff.
The list of upcoming features are included in a blog post. Besides the improvements, there will be some new content such as some mods integrated into the game and DLC inspired by the Netflix series.
