After a very loud launch, Dying Light 2 has slowly stepped back into shadows to prepare their promised content. After its initial DLCs, it has been weeks since we have heard from Techland. Finally, the time has come for another DLC as their first major story DLC was delayed to September.
There is a new teaser which also mentions that we will be seeing a reveal in Gamescom. This content is called “Bloody Ties”, and both the name and the teaser implies the theme of brutality. This time we are probably diving into some sort of combat-focused environment rather than just surviving in the wasteland.
The teaser has more than a few indicators of a reality show that is themed around arena fighting. Glorifying the “live or die” type of combat situation with a warrior skull in the end after a gruesome fighting scene, the teaser ends. More hints and official confirmations are now expected to appear in upcoming Gamescom show.
