Some insider sources spoke about the new games’ release schedules in the future plans of Electronic Arts. Expectations are revolving around Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order 2, the new Need For Speed game and Dragon Age 4.
As much as there is not an official announcement yet, rumors and hints about Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order 2 are pretty strong and many people are expecting the announcement on Star Wars Day, meaning 4th of May. Besides the possible announcement, release date is expected to be around October to December.
Another title being expected for release this year, the new Need For Speed game from Criterion Games might come out around September or October. Game was confirmed back in 2020, and Criterion mentioned a full-focus on the development. But the development was temporarily stopped as the studio was called for help with Battlefield 2042.
One bad news though, is for Dragon Age fans. Fourth game in the series is not expected to arrive until 2023, and it has already been a long waiting time. Hopefully more details will come until the year ends, and possibly a release date close enough.
