Silent Hill 2 Remake is one of the most exciting upcoming games of 2023 already. Coming to revive a legendary horror series, Bloober Team is working quite hard on this project to meet the expectations of its fanbase.
In case you did not hear much about the Polish developer Bloober Team, they were the name behind Layers of Fear, The Medium, The Blair Witch and Observer. With this experience, they are also working together with some well-known names from the original Silent Hill 2 team such as the composer Akira Yamaoka and concept artist Masahiro Ito.
According to the recent interviews with Motoi Okamoto, the producer of Silent Hill, the combat design is improved in order to make it much better and interesting experience now. Since there is a long time between two versions, the technology and potential of AI will be quite different. Okamoto also said that Bloober Team is not adding anything totally new because they are doing their best to stay true to the original game, but the certain touches are there to make everything much better.
