According to the tweet, Ramattra is being moved from Tier 55 to Tier 45 on the list, while some weekly challenges are also made easier.

Blizzard revealed an image which lists Ramattra's abilities. Ramattra will have Void Accelerator, Pummel, Annihilation and Ravenous Vortex.

Ramattra was introduced back in the first game during Storm Rising PvE event, 2019. Players might remember him talking to Doomfist.
