With a recent announcement, it is revealed that The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe will be released next year.
Actual launch of this version was planned for 2019 initially, but took some time to complete the project before company deemed it possible to launch the game. Original version of The Stanley Parable was launched in 2013. Delays happened due to some rearrangements in the script and additional content to be added. Also porting the game to consoles clearly took its toll on the company.
In The Stanley Parable, you play as a regular office drone called Stanley. He starts a normal day at work, only to find his co-workers have mysteriously disappeared. After that point, things get really bizzare and also fun.
If things go well and we do not see any further delays, we will see this new edition in early 2022.
