The battle royale game has many issues at the moment, pushing the developers to apologise on Twitter. Call of Duty seasons are actually known to contain constant influx of bug fix patches, so it is not a longshot that the issues will be already dealt with once Season 2 launches. Moreover, there are some rumors pointing a new Dark Aether map coming to Zombies mode.

The Call of Duty Vanguard and Warzone Season 2 release date is February 14. Activision announced a delay due to the need of further work on the game as they want to continue with less issues understandably.

The MW2 Ghost, a Call of Duty dataminer, has discovered an in-game model of the Chauchat. The Chauchat LMG was last seen in Call of Duty: WWII, and it is known that the developers tend to reintroduce older weapons in newer titles, so chances are not bad at all.

Icons from Gunfight seem to be added to the game files in the 1.5 Reloaded update. Another Call of Duty leaker, ZestyCoDLeaks, discovered an asset which was previously removed by Activision because of copyright issues. Gunfight is going to be added to Vanguard but just not guaranteed to be added in Season 2 though.

A YouTuber called WhosImmortal claims that vehicles have been added to Vanguard, specifically tanks. Considering this addition, Ground War might be added to Vanguard too.

Those and much more are up and coming, though some of them may be left for further seasons or patches on the way. Best news for the players would probably be a major number of bug fixes at this stage.
