Need For Speed is one of the most legendary franchises in the racing games scene. Since early 90s, the series brought amazing games one after another. Many generations of gamers had tons of wonderful memories throughout decades.
With the recent titles in the series though, people felt like there is nothing much special left. Games were still good on their own, but when it comes to carrying the “Need For Speed” name, it somehow fell short. This time things might turn around as a surprise news came out on Twitter.
Codemasters and Criterion will come together to develop the next game in the series. Both studios are absolutely great names in racing games, and this brings hope for the future of legendary series. Considering their former work, we could even call this a “dream team of racing games. It would be awesome to see a great Need For Speed game after all these years.
