Battlestate Games is removing Traders and Flea Market from Escape From Tarkov for 5 days

Last night, Nikita Buyanov, the CEO of Battlestate Games, posted a tweet all of a sudden. In the tweet, he said that if the tweet gets 30k likes, he is going to remove all traders from the game for 5 days. A few minutes later, he also ramped up the bets and sent another one, saying that if that same tweet hits 45 likes, Flea Market is also going to follow.

Guess what.

Neither Nikita, nor the fans of Escape From Tarkov are in it for a chill summer day, so it did not take long before a brand new chaos takes over the ruins of Tarkov. Now people will have to resort to their stashed items in order to keep their PMCs geared rather than just knocking the doors of Traders or Flea Market.

Needless to say at this point, prices will probably fluctuate at a high rate as everyone will try to stock up at the same time. As much as this surprise event sounds like a possible wipe is soon, there is still not any confirmed information regarding the next big patch and the following wipe.
