Respawn Entertainment confirmed that Apex Legends Mobile will be coming out for Android and iOS around late May. They also shared a tweet to remind that pre-registration is open and everyone is welcome to join the fun. Currently there is not an official release date, but since the possible timeframe is narrowed down to just a few days, it can not be very far from now. Players who pre-register will receive updates about the launch and a chance to play the game sooner.
As much as it is obvious that the game will be the mobile version of Apex Legends, there are some changes to be expected. Since PC and mobile gaming have serious difference between especially when it comes to competitive gaming, a few design-based changes are quite undertandable.
Game will also have fully new Battle Passes, cosmetics and unlockable content for players. There will not be a cross-play support to play with the Xbox, PlayStation, PC, and Switch versions though.
