The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

The sequel for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has finally been revealed and it is called Tears of the Kingdom. The trailer showed a small part of gameplay with some fresh environments, and release date is announced as 12th of May, 2023.

Goldeneye 007

One of the most surprising reveals, good old Goldeneye 007 is coming to Xbox Game Pass. We will be enjoying the 25-years old classic soon with 4K resolution, better frame rates and local multiplayer. There is no release date though.

Fire Emblem Engage

Fire Emblem series is continuing with the new game called Engage. After the last game called Three Houses, this one also carry some similarities such as battle system and open areas. Fans will be able to access the game on 20th of January, 2023.

Tunic

A game that resembles The Legend of Zelda very much, Tunic also appeared in yesterday’s livestream. It has a unique taste both in visuals and the language. It is coming to Nintendo Switch on 27th of September, meaning just in two weeks.

Pikmin 4

Shigeru Miyamoto had a moment in this Nintendo Direct event to reveal a few names, such as the upcoming Super Mario Bros. animated movie, Super Nintendo World and Pikmin Bloom. But all aside, he announced Pikmin 4 for 2023.

It Takes Two

Game of the Year winner back in 2021, It Takes Two is now coming to Nintendo Switch. Game is a dedicated co-op experience that requires at least two players, just like the name implies. Game will have couch co-op, local wireless and online co-op modes.

Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse

Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse is announced for an early 2023 release in the Nintendo Direct event. We will be playing as Ruka Minazuki, helping her recovering her memories. In case you are a stranger to the series, be ready to face the fear itself.

Bayonetta 3

Not much time left to wait for Bayonetta 3 release, as the game is expected to come out on 28th of October. We had a new trailer for the game, and it shows a lot of new and returning characters in the series. Of course, it is all happening while the absurdly fast action takes place. Game was announced a couple years ago and people have been waiting for it eagerly.

Multiple Resident Evil games coming in

To finish the list, there are multiple Resident Evil games coming to Nintendo Switch at different times. First one is on 28th of October, as you will be able to play a cloud version of Resident Evil Village. You can also try a free demo right now. Around the end of 2023, cloud versions of Resident Evil 7, Resident Evil 2 and 3 remakes will be available for purchase. In order to not ruin the game with a port, developers apparently decided to rely on a strong internet connection.
