After a short period going quiet, Cyberpunk 2077 comes back with a good news for the players again. The latest update for the game adds support for AMD FSR 2.1 feature. AMD FSR is the rival technology against Nvidia’s DLSS. These features help players to enjoy better graphics and better frame rates.
How this feature works is actually simple. Game renders at a lower resolution that can provide higher frame rates, and FSR takes this rendered output to upscale to a higher resolution that results in only slightly distinguishable images compared to those with originally higher resolution.
Besides the AMD FSR 2.1 support, update 1.61 also fixes around 50 bugs, one of them is related to cross-progression feature. CD Projekt Red seems to do a great job at bringing the game back from the huge disaster.
