A press release allegedly mentions of Death Stranding: Director’s Cut for PC, which is said to be planning exclusive integration with Intel components. This information was found in the aforementioned press release for Intel hardware.
Following statement is also attributed to Neil Rally, the president of publisher 505: “We’re delighted to announce our partnership with Intel for the Death Stranding Director’s Cut edition on PC. Death Stranding has been a hugely popular game with PC players and we’re excited to see how Intel’s new XeSS technology will enhance player experience for Director’s Cut.”
Death Stranding Director’s Cut was released for PS5 back in September 2021, boasting improved visuals, new missions and some new features which were not available in the PS4 version.
The features also include new combat mechanics designed to make general combat more enjoyable for the players. Melee attacks are upgraded, a new “Maser gun” made available, and players are now able to find mounted machine guns around for some high-octane action.
New items include some high-tech devices that reduce the landing impact when jumping from height, while the cargo catapult can launch cargo over long distances.
