Far Cry 6’s DLC is now available worldwide. Vaas: Insanity takes the players on a roguelike-style journey into Vaas Montenegro’s head. If this is not the definition of real insanity, we do not know what is. Only thing that is still sane may be the fact that players still need to own the base game in order to enjoy this DLC.
Now we get to know more about Far Cry 3’s intriguing villain and be able to walk a mile in his shoes. Fans will play as Vaas Montenegro in this DLC. The new content was inspired by the roguelite genre and will see Vaas and the players kicked right back to the start of the mission each time they die in battle – a definitive roguelite mechanic.
Far Cry 6 – Vaas: Insanity will provide the players with a chance to better understand the iconic character, his past, personal demons and what drove him.
The DLC will have solo and two-player co-op modes. Furthermore, players can invite a friend to play the DLC for free if they both own Far Cry 6 and play on the same family of devices. This is kind of insane too, but in a good way.
Vaas: Insanity is now digitally available and included in Far Cry 6 Season Pass. A good news before we end today’s news about Far Cry 6 is that Vaas isn’t the only villain getting to tell the story from his perspective: Pagan Min and Joseph Seed will also have their own DLCs in the future.
