Monster Hunter Rise system requirements announced

Monster Hunter Rise was released for Nintendo Switch in March 2021. Before its first anniversary, PC gamers will be able to experience Monster Hunter Rise on 12th January 2022.

While the game is mentioned as the “easiest entry for newcomers” in the series, another question needs to be answered: Is your PC able to run it well?

Along some PC-focused optimizations, Monster Hunter Rise’s file is around roughly 23 GB, as this is the space requirement written in the game’s Steam page.

Below, you can find the minimum and recommended PC system requirements. You will need Windows 10 (64-bit) to play the game.

Minimum system requirements:

  • Processor: Intel® Core™ i3-4130 or Core™ i5-3470 or AMD FX™-6100
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 1030 (DDR4) or AMD Radeon™ RX 550
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 23 GB available space
  • Additional Notes: 1080p/30fps when graphics settings are set to “Low”.

  • Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-4460 or AMD FX™-8300
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1060 (VRAM 3GB) or AMD Radeon™ RX 570 (VRAM 4GB)
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 23 GB available space
  • Additional Notes: 1080p/30fps when graphics settings are set to “Average”.
