State of Play had Gran Turismo 7 as its guest

State of Play from Sony finally arrived with a long-awaited title, Gran Turismo 7. Game will be released on 4th of March, and it will also be the 25th anniversary of Gran Turismo series. PlayStation is going for big plans this year and make it worth remembering. So here are what were mentioned about Gran Turismo 7 during State of Play.

Starting with a used car

List of cars in Gran Turismo 7 is quite long with over 400 cars, all available for purchase, customization, testing and racing. But you will have to “deserve” the joy first as you will start the game by buying a used car with credit. In-game currency will be used for that. The cars within the dealership will usually be cheaper, but still useful if you do not have any great option. Car prices will be constantly changing, simulating the real market in an unpredictable way. This means that you could go for a price hunt if you have a certain car and wait some time to get a bargain price.

Throughout the game, you can use Brand Central as the international dealership. It will have over 50 brands and the prebuilt cars you can find under those brands if you do not want to put too much effort into your car.

Classics for collectors

Another type of dealership is called “Legendary dealership”. Here you can find the classic cars like Aston Martin DB5, Willy’s MB ’45 Jeep, the 917K ’70 Porsche. These are obviously expensive but surely worth the credit if you are a fan of these lovely machines.

With this information about dealerships, it is possible to imagine that there will be more of them, and more variety of cars following it. In case you are interested in the history of brands, you will be able to visit a museum too.

Customize and personalize

Gran Turismo 7 would not be Gran Turismo 7 if there was no customization, or if there was a weak customization. Each car will have around 60 pieces all around to change. All of those pieces will be affecting the performance and behavior of your car. Painting and other visual changes will be there too, of course.
