Apex Legends Season 13 is almost here, and the name of this season is “Saviors”. With this new season, there will be a lot of balance changes, a new Legend names Newcastle, new events, plenty of cosmetics and much more. It will be a great time for the fans of Apex Legends obviously. So without further ado, let’s take a look at the details.
Apex Legends Season 13: Saviors will begin on 10th of May on every platform, unless an unexpected surprise comes up to cause a delay. While this happened in the past, still not a very likely possibility.
The new Legend, Newcastle, is a character that joins the party to bring protection-based abilities to the field. Newcastle is the brother of Bangalore. Newcastle can shield allies and defend positions expertly. His passive lets him drag downed allies behind a shield as he revives them, while his tactical ability deploys a mobile barrier, which can be used for various purposes. His ultimate deploys an even larger shield with strategic gaps for allies to shoot through under serious protection.
Another update for Season 13 is about Ranked Mode. Respawn Entertainment refers to what have been done for Ranked Mode as “Ranked Reloaded”. They reworked the mechanics of Ranked Mode but currently inner details of this rework are not revealed yet.
Newest map in Apex Legends, Storm Point is also seeing some changes. There is a new point of interest called Downed Beast, which is a slain sea beast washed ashore. You can check around for high-tier loot. Just be sure that you will have some contest for it. Besides the new point of interest, there are IMC Armories are appearing around the map. Those armories are guarded by Spectre units. If you can beat them, the loot is yours to take. Since the drops from these events are custom-tailored for your loadouts, it is a guaranteed upgrade.
Last but not least, we have the Apex Legends Season 13: Saviors Battle Pass. There will be a new Battle Pass, and cost expectations are around 950 Apex Coins. Respawn Entertainment comes with a promise of legendary skins, reactive skins, and more.
