PUBG: Battlegrounds update 18.1 changes are revealed

It has been over 4 years since PUBG: Battlegrounds came out, and the game is still strong. With Season 18 on its way, Krafton provided some details regarding the 18.1 update. Those changes also include Sanhok returning to Team Deathmatch mode.

Besides the return of Sanhok, there will be a massive rebalancing in item spawn rates especially in Erangel and Miramar. This change is based on the increasing need for healing items everywhere. Therefore, expect some time before getting used to new item drop rates.

In Season 18, Ranked Mode will not have Squad – FPP mode for consoles in NA and EU. The reason for this change is lack of players. Paramo sees some notable changes, like rocks being added for cover around the Lab and Atahul, and a strange spiral-shaped object being added near Paramo.

Update 18.1 and Season 18 of PUBG: Battlegrounds will launch on June 8th for PC, which is followed by a launch on consoles on June 16th.
