After a very rough launch period, Battlefield 2042 is coming up with its first official season tomorrow, called Zero Hour. With this season, we will see a new specialist, a new map and of course a new Battle Pass.
Battle Pass will have a free and premium tier as usual, and expected price tag is $10. If you own Year 1 Season Pass, you will automatically have the premium tier of this Battle Pass. While the free tier will include in-game items like weapons and vehicles, premium tier will only have cosmetics. New specialist Lis is also included in the Battle Pass.
New specialist is named Ewelina Lis, a Polish lady that specializes on anti-vehicle tactics and equipment. She will have a remote-controlled rocket launcher, and will be able to see vehicles that are heavily damaged. This information will also be shared with her teammates, providing a wide advantage for tactical targeting priority.
The new map called Exposure is located within the Canadian Rockies and different ridges, platforms, and bases throughout the mountains allow for multiple entry points into the battlefield as players glide between each one.
Last but not least, the initial update comes along with a good bunch of fixes and improvements to the game. Hopefully it will make the game much more enjoyable for everyone.
