Ubisoft’s Tom Clancy’s XDefiant release date has been announced

The release date for the closed beta of Tom Clancy’s XDefiant, published by Ubisoft, has been announced. While the first demo is exclusive to PC, console players can already sign up for future testing.

Stating that it brings together Tom Clancy’s XDefiant and The Division, Ghost Recon and Splinter Cell universes, which will come across as an F2P shooter type game, the studio added that they want to offer a completely different experience to Tom Clancy’s fans.

Apart from all these, four different playable classes, The Wolves, The Outcasts, The Cleaners and The Echelon, welcome us in the FPS-type game. For now, no detailed gameplay video has been released about the game. However, as stated by Ubisoft, we see that there will be 6 players in both teams that will face each other in the game.

The release date for the Xdefiant closed beta on PC is August 5th. But there is no information about the closed beta dates that will be released on PlayStation and Xbox. The first try on August 5 is special as it is limited to PC only as well as players living in the United States or Canada.
