On August 4th, EA held a financial conference call with investors and the public shareholders. During the call, as Daniel Ahmad confirms EA will continue to invest in the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order series.
Last year, EA CEO Patrick Wilson said that Jedi Fallen Order is the “first title in an entirely new franchise”, implying that Fallen Order will be a series instead of a one-off release.
Fallen Order did wonders for EA, breaking all expectations and hitting 20 million total players earlier this Summer. Xbox Game Pass plays a huge role at this success but for a single-player game, 20 million players is… huge.
