A recent update in Borderlands series caused first three games to encounter some issues on different scales. Official Borderlands Twitter account shared a post that says they acknowledged the problem and developers are working on the problem.
Update was originally intending to change the in-game newsfeed system. The issues include things like text display and console players getting stuck in loading screens. Gearbox asked players to create support tickets when they see such problems, so they can handle the problems as soon as possible.
