Battlefield 2042 hype is diminishing pretty quick as the game had a very rough launch due to various issues. Now while the game is being fixed by developers for a better experience, some data miners brought out new findings about the seasonal content.
Latest findings indicate that there is apparently a 12-weeks pre-season period that will be followed up by a potential first official season in March 2022. If the data found is accurate, first map coming with this season may be named “Exposure”. After the problematic launch, this much of a waiting time may also break the motivation for a lot of players who were hyped for a fresh competitive scene for one of the most beloved FPS series in history.
But on the other hand, some players are actually optimistic for the waiting time as they believe that it might be the best way for developers to fix things properly and come back with a much better and enjoyable game.
