Echoes of the shutdown announcement for Google Stadia is still ongoing, yet the good news from various developers are also coming along. Bethesda is apparently making efforts to allow their Elder Scrolls Online players to carry over the progress from Stadia to other platforms without a loss.

A few people in Stadia subreddit has been mentioning that the company is sending emails to players with related instructions. Players will be able to carry over their progress entirely, to Windows and Mac platforms. Unfortunately, PlayStation and Xbox are not confirmed for this process yet.

A lot of players are playing Elder Scrolls Online, so this was an important task for Bethesda to allow their players to “rescue” their efforts. Other companies such as CD Projekt Red and Ubisoft are also providing ways to carry over player progress before Stadia shuts down permanently on 18th of January.
