With the surprise news coming up last night, plenty of gamers are hyped up to the bone as Max Payne is confirmed to make a huge return with remake versions of first two games. Remedy Entertainment shared the news that Rockstar Games agreed to support them financially. This means the project will boast an AAA production level.
Max Payne 1 and Max Payne 2: The Fall Of Max Payne remakes will be developed for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S platforms. Remedy Entertainment mentioned that they will be using their own Northlight engine for the project, one they used for Control. This is obviously exciting as Max Payne had a great story and atmosphere alongside a great gameplay back in the day. Now we are going to see a much better version of it.
