Especially the Russian invasion in Ukraine caused a lot of trouble all around the world, and Netflix was not an exception to this. After pulling its services out of Russia, the platform lost around 700,000 subscribers. Besides, they also mentioned that password-sharing was a very problematic part of these losses.

When Netflix announced their first step into gaming industry, people were understandably skeptic but now they are making it clear that the business is serious. Netflix owns Texas-based mobile studio Boss Fight Entertainment, Next Games, which is located in Finland, and Night School Studio, which operates out of California.

They have hired some high-profile executives to run the gaming department and also the company released mobile games like “Stranger Things: 1984”. Besides releasing their own mobile games, the company also brought content opportunities like shows and games together. The strongest proof for this was the League of Legends show, Arcane.
