With Spider-Man’s new animated movie coming up, a new game is set to be released in 2023. Insomniac’s upcoming Spider-Man DLC will come with many brand new characters beside a new story. This, for sure, will attract more players to play the DLC.
Approaching DLC was confirmed by Crystal Dynamics’ senior producer Dan Matlack earlier this week. He announced the news on Marvel’s Avengers Discord server. Producer answered a fan’s question regards to the new DLC: “Spider-Man is what we call an ‘event’ so he will have cutscenes and a story for sure.”
After revealing the big news, he also mentioned the raid that will happen in the game where players will fight Klaw, who is the main antagonist. The DLC is currently unnamed but we expect it to be announced soon.
