Slay The Spire is one of the best roguelike card games out there, even considered a genre-defining one. Many similar games were made after it, and they are always compared to Slay The Spire for very good reasons. Simplicity, replayability and general fun factor of the game made it a timeless classic.
Now the boardgame version of Slay The Spire is announced on Kickstarter, as it was previously announced two years ago. Prices are separated into three editions. Base game costs $100 with shipping, collector’s edition adds some more juicy extras for a total of $145, and “Neow’s All-In” edition provides you with everything possible for $210.
Kickstarter had its initial goal at $50000, and it was very easy to pass. Currently the project has raised over $1.4M. Game will be a co-op deck builder for up to four players, including upgradeable cards and some miniatures to represent various characters.
