Days Gone was a great example of zombie apocalypse game by Sony, though the dream for a sequel was forcefully shut down by them as they found the potential of the franchise “unworthy” to invest in. But apparently they have some other plans. According to latest reports, Sony PlayStation Productions is working on a movie for Days Gone together with Vendetta Productions.
Days Gone was released back in 2019, and it told the story of a motorcycle-riding bounty hunter called Deacon St. John. In the game, world was infested by hordes of zombie-like monsters called Freakers. In the Pacific Northwest, he was both trying to survive and searching for his lost love. Report about the movie says that it will be a “love ballad to motorcycle movies”, as Deacon will be only using his motorcycle for transportation.
Among many other adaptations to movies and TV shows, Days Gone will be added to the list of exciting projects. Recent news of movies and shows are now giving stronger hints towards the fact that gamers will also have a lot of stuff to watch too.
