Recent rumors about the Xbox Game Pass Friends & Family plan are apparently coming to a happy ending as Microsoft revealed the new subscription plan that will allow people to share their subscriptions with up to four other people.
Initial testing is beginning in Ireland and Colombia, respectivelt costing €21.99/mo and 49900 COP/mo. This plan will include all general benefits from Xbox Game Pass Ultimate such as cloud streaming and a regular rotation of games.
Xbox also released a FAQ in order to answer most common questions about the new shareable plan, and the potential differences from region to region. Another critical point to remember is that one user can exist in only one group at any given time, and a user can join to a group up to two times per year. When the plan is officially revealed for other regions like Europe and Asia, a lot of further details will also be confirmed.
