This unexpected news was a part of Xbox Insider update. Xbox Insider is a program that allows long-time Xbox users to test new features for feedback. Currently we do not know if this change is either temporary or intended.
Now players will have to send the clips to their phones or other smart devices first, and only then they can share them on Twitter. First, people thought it was a mistake but later an update for Xbox Insider actually confirmed that the social media icons only show up in the “mobile sharing” option.
It is still not publicly explained or announced so we are yet to see the reasoning behind this decision, therefore we are waiting for an official announcement from Microsoft. On the more optimist side, it may be removed to make way for a much better thing too.
