Battlefield 2042 beta cheats already surfaced

It is just a few days into the long-waited beta but people are already reporting serious cases of cheating. Warzone also went through a pretty rough period due to excessive cheating and community surely does not want to see the same scenario in this massively hyped title – for obvious reasons. We can not even imagine the stress on the developer team at this point.

Some time ago, there was an interview with cheats provider iWantCheats regarding the reasoning and motivation behind this work with creating and selling cheats. As much as the deep talk part was kind of scarce, one thing was really clear: They work fast. Because what they told Gfinity during the interview was “only after 45 minutes, they were able to create cheats for Battlefield 2042”. Wow.

Even the scariest and most prevalent methods of cheating like aimbot and wallhacks are no match for their ability, but the reporting system of Battlefield 2042 should still make a quick work of the detected cheaters. Hopefully.

As much as the beta is naturally an old version of the game, we would like to hope that it will not be the issue when the full version comes out. Chances seem fairly okay with seeing a better state of the game and its anti-cheat system, but by experience we remember that it does not always happen to be a happy ending either.

Community hopes that EA will be able to come up with a properly working anti-cheat system to preserve a majorly safe and clear game for everyone. Unfortunately the battle between hackers and security teams are always going on with hackers eventually gaining the upper hand for another infiltration into the system but let’s hope that developers will still keep up and provide a cheat-free experience.
