Since months, everyone has been telling about how much of a failure Battlefield 2042 at launch was. This was unfortunately the case, but DICE and Electronic Arts did not just give up on the game. They promised to put in the work in order to improve it despite the player count.

With a recent patch, players seemed like coming back slowly and now the Battlefield 2042 developers are running a survey to ask players about the potential areas of improvement the are seeing. This is a logical move for any company, not just for game developers, to hear out what their customers are saying regarding the state of product.

People say that there are multiple versions of the survey, and some questions are about exciting ideas like private rental servers. Another one is about giving players a new way to use game mode editor Portal. A third question is about the possible future changes or new additions people might want to see. Hopefully this will allow DICE and Electronic Arts to bring the game back from the grave.
