CD Projekt Red announced yesterday that Cyberpunk 2077 will have a full sequel, which is currently codenamed Orion. The game is said to take the franchise further and focus on the dark future universe.
While there is no specific information given about the game, CD Projekt Red mentioned that their plans include multiplayer modes for future games so it might be also valid for Orion too. While they are still “repairing” Cyberpunk 2077 and working on the expansions, recent great news about the game shows that they are finally at the point they wanted to be, though a bit late.
Besides the new Cyberpunk game, the studio also confirmed that there are new Witcher games coming along, and a fully new game which is currently codenamed “Hadar” is in the works. These new games are expected to have multiplayer modes, and Hadar is also going to be an RPG.
