In a recent financial report shared by Electronic Arts regarding the last quarter of 2022 financial year, it was revealed that the company has some plans for next year. First thing realized by most people was the number of games expecting to be released in 2023. All of them were unnamed and unannounced.
All four titles are aimed for a release in fourth quarter of the next financial year, meaning that it is the first quarter of 2023 calendar year. So we will be expecting to see four games by Electronic Arts coming out between January 1 and April 1. Games are listed as a major IP, a partner title, a remake, and a sports title.
Obviously, the sheer excitement is gathering around the major IP mentioned in the report. It could be one of Bioware’s games under the Mass Effect or Dragon Age franchises, or a new Star Wars game. The partner title, remake and sports title are even more difficult to guess, as it could be anything under the company.
