Electronic Arts is not a huge fan of profanity in its games, which is not a huge surprise. Another fresh example of this comes along with Sims 4, affecting the game’s gallery as it will both delete the “unacceptable” content and prevent you from uploading them in future.
The team behind Sims 4 worked on the profanity filter and made sure that people will not be able to upload such content to the gallery. They have not given any further details about what they have done precisely. Considering that Sims has a rich soil for yielding such extreme and gross moments, it is not really a surprise.
After a lot of content that made its way into the game, it was just a matter of time before some unexpected and/or unintended things appeared in the game. One example was a bug causing sims to desire having sex with the family members. Electronic Arts was quick to fix it, but people have seen enough. Hopefully such things will not repeat in future.
