Netflix is increasing the game count on their own field and today we are seeing another new game available on the streaming service. Oxenfree is not an entirely new game, but with the recent Netflix event it is officially announced to be available on Netflix too.
Game was already on PC and Xbox, launched back in 2016. Just a year later, iOS and Android versions are launched with a few months between. Now the game is also available on Netflix with support for over 30 languages. With its latest additions to the library, Netflix is growing stronger step by step in gaming scene. Before Oxenfree, we have seen some solid titles like Into The Breach, Before Your Eyes and Lucky Luna. While Oxenfree may not sound as strong as those three, its resemblance in storytelling with Stranger Things might be actually attractive to their common audience.
In near future, Netflix will launch two more games. One of them is Spongebob: Get Cooking on 27th of September and the other is Desta: The Memories Between which does not have a release date yet.
