Being considered as a spiritual successor to the legendary sci-fi horror game Dead Space, The Callisto Protocol already took over the gaming scene by storm with its hype. The game trailers are indeed very nice and people have a great reason to be excited for the game.
While the game will be available for various platforms like PC, PlayStation and Xbox, some features for PlayStation 5 are announced as exclusive. Most important feature for PlayStation 5 platform will be the DualSense, as the haptics will let you feel the impact for many actions in the game. So far, there were not many examples of DualSense experiences in the horror genre but everyone had a feeling that it would be a great addition to the atmosphere. In that regard, The Callisto Protocol will be one of the first real tests of DualSense in horror genre.
Other than DualSense, PlayStation 5 users will enjoy 3D audio feature for a much more immersive atmosphere in the game. Still though, regardless of platform, the game will probably be a great experience for everyone.
