Geoff Keighley, the host of The Game Awards, announced on his Twitter account that The Game Awards 2021 will be presented on December 9, 2021.
The event will be hosted live at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California. It has not yet been announced on which platforms the event will be watched.
At last year’s The Game Awards, The Last of Us 2 won the Game of the Year, Best Action/Adventure Game and Best Game Direction awards. Indie games such as Hades and Among Us were also rewarded at the event.
