Xbox consoles are having a small but nice upgrade with latest work from Microsoft. The booting time of Xbox Series X/S consoles are being reduced around 5 seconds. This is achieved by using a shorter bootup animation.
Original bootup animation was around 9 seconds, and the new one is around 4 seconds. This helps reducing the total time required for starting the device.
If you have Xbox One console, you will also notice a faster bootup sequence too. Only catch with this improvement is that you will need to put your console into Energy Saver mode and allow it to power off entirely first. If you leave it in standby mode, the console will stay ready for playing. Since Energy Saver mode helps reduce your energy costs too, this is a great quality of life improvement.
