Modern Warfare 2 seems to have a very dangerous bug in the ping system, which literally works like a legitimate wallhack. After the bug is discovered, the ping system is disabled in order to fix it. The bug is, when you are killed and you ping your killer while in death cam, ping lasts until the game is over so you have a legitimate wallhack on that player.
Some players on social media say that they initially thought it was just luck, or someone was using cheats. Apparently they were being victims of this bug. Once the pieces of game footage emerged after launch, it became more obvious.Infinity Ward does not have any timeframe or an explanation about this issue yet.
