Stray has been one of the games with unprecedented hype throughout the period between announcement and release. Our little cyberpunk meow friend has already created a huge community behind it, which is already going crazy to get their hands on the adventures.

In previous news, Annapurna Interactive announced that they were going to release a merchandise set that provides people with a cat backpack and a harness leash. This time, they are coming with a much better aim of helping the charities for stray animals.

They are making it happen by teaming up with some cat shelters and other organizations to raise funds. They are giving away copies of Stray for both PC and PlayStation platforms. The shelters they are  teaming with are Cats Protection from UK, Nebraska Humane Cats and Nebraska Humane Society from Nebraska.

The charities are running giveaways for those free copies and everyone can join for $5. Cat Protection charity has six copies to give, and each Nebraska societies have four copies separately.

If you are looking for other chances to earn a copy of Stray for free, you can also watch Emmalition on launch day to join the giveaway on her YouTube channel.
