From time to time, developers are sharing gameplay footage to showcase what they have implemented so far, and more often than not these trailers include a lot of gory scenes as the community loves to see.
Today we have a new trailer which is actually taken from an interview with Glen Schofield, as the director of The Callisto Protocol is speaking about the background of the game. There are new scenes never seen before, and they take us to new heights when it comes to combat and atmosphere.
It is not the first time we see the melee combat in those trailers, but we can not say that we could have enough anytime soon. The brutal theme of melee combat resembles Dead Space, and Schofield also says that these visceral and gory combat scenes are one of the major aspects of the game. They are trying to make the game into its best possible version before release date comes.
The Callisto Protocol releases on December 2, 2022, for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
