After a great beta phase and a small delay recently, MultiVersus is finally arriving with its very first season on 15th of August. Hitting massive player numbers even before the beta ends, a lot of players are eagerly waiting to see the game officially out. Season 1 was supposed to begin on 9th of August, but there was a one week of delay.
With this delay, release date of Morty character was also changed from 15th of August to 23th of August. Not much of a huge deal anyway, considering that many games are seeing months of delays as if it’s nothing. Besides Morty, Rick will also arrive during Season 1 as confirmed by the studio.
There will also be new content during Season 1, so we will have another great reason to keep our eyes on MultiVersus. This will also allow the developers to balance things properly and take necessary steps to improve the game over time.
Season 1 will have a classic Arcade mode and a new Ranked mode, which will be also added during the season. Besides there will be a Battle Pass which will include many unlockables for $10. The current preseason Battle Pass is about to end, so be quick if you want to make the most out of it.
